It was a lousy experience. Although my kids enjoyed the theme park. First of all had to change the key card 2 times at the reception. As the key card didn't work. As for the breakfast, was not good. It was as if in an army cafeteria or school cafeteria. Food was cooked in bulk to cater for a massive amount of people and had no quality. Third it was a nightmare to come out of the parking basement. It took me 10minutes just to come out of the parking lot. Exit is not properly organised.

Staying at world genting was a great experience. It's super close to the mall. Lots of indoor and outdoor games around. The check-in was easy with a kiosk, and the super nice team. It felt convenient to have everything within reach, especially the cable car.

Budget and worth the money . I book the executive room and got a bathtub n the room is a little spacious than the normal deluxe room . I add-on a extra bed and we 2 adults and 3 young kids have an enjoyable 4 days 3 night stay . I request for an extra bed and ask if i could be put on proity as my son decides to join us for this trip . They say no promises but they will try their very best to help me and within 30minutes , i received a call from the room service that they have reserve the extra bed for me ;)
If the room could be 100% clean , i will be most happy . I stay at 19936 8-11June. on the carpet , i saw 3 cotton buds lying at different area of the room , the food in the fridge was not clear , the bathroom - toliet bowl was seen with stains. Other than these few minor flaws , overall i am happy with First World Hotel and will be visiting again on my next trip.
